Heidi, husband, Todd, an NRHA professional and judge, and new son Gage (1) live in Purcell, Oklahoma where they own and operate Todd Arvidson Reining Horses. In addition to helping Todd with the business side of things, Heidi also runs a breeding and foaling operation, oversees the care of the 75 head of horses they are responsible for, and shows in the non pro when time permits. Heidi is looking forward to helping OKRHA continue to flourish.

Carole Hoffman – Carole has been a member of OKRHA since 2003 and held the office of Treasurer since 2004. She and her husband Bart live in Collinsville, Oklahoma where they breed and raise quarter and paint horses. Bart trains and shows reining horses as a Non Pro. Carole, who is an NRHA and AQHA certified show secretary, acts as show secretary for all the OKRHA events in addition to being the Treasurer. Professionally, she has been the Controller for a Commercial Real Estate management and acquisition company located in Tulsa for 9 years and an accounting professional in the commercial real estate industry for 25 years.

Billy has been OKRHA’s secretary since 2006 and has been one of the small crew of volunteers that keeps our ground wonderful at our shows. He is married to Laura Robinson and is employed by Ryerson Steel as a driver. He spends his spare time taking care of and riding their two horses. |

Kenny and his wife Nina live in Claremore and have been married for 26 ½ years. Kenny is the proud father of Maegan, thirteen, and has been a member of OKRHA for three years. Kenny's profession consists of being a heavy equipment operator and has been a minister for fifteen years. Kenny enjoys spending time with his family and helping Maegan get ready for the shows. We are looking forward to the upcoming year with OKRHA.

Sherman has two grown children, Ryan and Stacy, and three grandsons. Sherman lives in Leedey, Oklahoma and is a retired school administrator. He was an AQHA judge from 1986-1997 and has been involved in the horse industry since the 1960s. He enjoys raising wheat, cattle and a few horses. He looks forward to meeting more OKRHA members.

Roger moved to Oklahoma 10 years ago from California to raise his three girls in a better environment. After spending 17 years taking his daughters to weekend horse shows, Roger got involved in reining in 1999. This is his first year to serve on the board of directors. He is married to Georgia, and they live in the OKC area between Moore and Norman, and there are three granddaughters who will be showing in the future. Roger spent 15 years as an editor on small-town newspapers in rural California, and is now a District Manager for Dollar General Corp. Tami and her husband, Marc, and sons Ben (8) and Dylan (5) live in Talala, Oklahoma. They have been raising, training and showing reining horses for over 20 years. Tami works as a business attorney and has been on the OKRHA board since 2005. In addition to being President of OKRHA, Tami serves as Chairperson for the Ariat Tulsa Reining Classic and looks forward to continuing to help OKRHA grow its membership and improve its events.

Myrna is retired from 30 years in the insurance business, where she attained the level of Vice President of a major company. She is also a licensed Realtor. She is married to Ron Watson who is also a retired insurance executive. Myrna has been showing reiners since 1999, and is currently in the Limited Non-Pro. Ron also enjoys showing in Green Rider. They have recently relocated to Cashion, Oklahoma, after living in Coweta for 12 years. "The most important thing to do in reining is get a horse that fits you, and get a good trainer that is also a fit for you." |
